Highlife musician, Kuami Eugene has come under immense pressure for allegedly stealing lines from other musicians’ songs. The recent was when a brewing singer by the name of Bhadext Cona accused Kuami of stealing her song.
According to the budding singer, she sent a song to Kuami Eugene for a collaboration but he turned it down, only to find out that rockstar’s latest single ‘bunker’ was a replica of the song she sent to him a few months ago.
To defend her allegations against Kuami, Bhadext Cona released what she claimed to be the original version of the replica titled ‘Bolga’.
In the midst of all the brouhaha, Iconic musician Kwabena Kwabena has jumped to the defence of Kuami Eugene. While on the tv3 Mentor X show together with Richie Mensah, Reggie Rockstone and Queen Asabea Kroppa, He noted that Kuami Eugene is creative and that he does not steal songs as people propagate.
